TPM is looking to change the way construction is done in Manitoba.  We guide owners from project inception, throughout all project phases and beyond project completion into the operation and maintenance of the completed building.  We provide a continuous point of contact that ensure an owner’s original vision is safeguarded throughout the full project timeline.

The TPM staff draw on our wealth of experience and extensive industry contacts in both the Consulting and Construction market sectors.  This experience allows us to work with Owners to tailor Design and Construction teams with the right construction delivery method for their specific project.

Traditional construction practices tend to create adversarial roles due to conflicting interests and motivations. TPM creates custom tailored fully integrated, collaborative Project Teams to suit the specific project requirements, circumstances and timelines.  As a result we are uniquely positioned to directly oversee and influence the total project from design to construction, or capable of managing any portion of the process as best fits the needs of the Owner. Ultimately, we want to let Designers design and Builders build with TPM taking on anything and everything in between.
