TPM works directly with the Owner to determine the project’s unique requirements, from which they assist the Owner in selecting the appropriate project delivery methodology and picking the Design and Construction Teams.

We recommend that no matter what the delivery methodology that the Design and Construction Teams are put into place as early as possible so that the IPD process can be most effective.

Once the teams are selected, TPM is the one point of contact for the owner and will take a lead role throughout the design and construction. Once construction is complete, TPM ensures that any warranty deficiencies are completed and puts into place an operating and maintenance plan.
