TPM is looking to change the way construction is done in Manitoba.  We guide owners from project inception, throughout all project phases and beyond project completion into the operation and maintenance of the completed building.  We provide a continuous point of contact that ensure that an owner’s original vision is safeguarded throughout the full project timeline.

 

The founding partners have a wealth of experience and contacts to draw on from both the Consulting and Construction market sectors.  This experience allows us to work with Owners to tailor a Design and Construction team with the right construction delivery method for their specific project.

 

We created TPM after working together on several projects and realizing that when issues arose we were consistently the two people focused on finding practical solutions for implementation, or taking a lead role in soliciting options and/or recommendations from others to quickly resolve the problem.  

 

While we both worked for very well respected companies in Winnipeg, we found that we were confined by our respective companies’ size and conservatism, as well as the boundaries of their roles as established companies within the local Consulting and Contracting markets.

 

Traditional construction practices tend to create adversarial roles due to conflicting interests and motivations. TPM creates custom tailored fully integrated, collaborative Project Teams to suit the specific project requirements, circumstances and timelines.  As a result we are uniquely positioned to directly oversee and influence the total project from design to construction, or capable of managing any portion of the process as best fits the needs of the Owner. Ultimately, we want to let Designers design and Builders build with TPM taking on anything and everything in between.
